Secured Transactions

I have represented a variety of clients in buying, selling, and working out notes purchased from banks and other sellers in the secondary market. Collectively, my clients have purchased notes in excess of $200 million in unpaid principal balance.

Real Estate

My practice includes representation of a wide range of clients in real estate transactions and litigation matters. From the purchase or sale of a residential property to a multi-million dollar commercial lending transaction, I have been involved in hundreds of real estate transactions over the past ten years. I have also litigated real estate cases ranging from boundary disputes to actions to quiet or clear title to real property from one party to another.

Title Insurance

I own and operate Beehive Title Insurance Agency, L.C. As a licensed title and escrow officer, I am very familiar with title insurance and escrow issues. Beehive Title has closed in excess of 5,000 transactions without ever incurring a single claim. I have also litigated a variety of title insurance issues and have lectured on the subject at continuing education seminars for attorneys, insurance agents, and other real estate professionals.

Foreclosure

I regularly conduct foreclosures for private and institutional clients. I have also successfully litigated foreclosure matters in both bankruptcy and state court proceedings.

Estate Planning

Estate planning is another practice area which I greatly enjoy. My office has completed in excess of 500 estate plans in the past four years. Most often, completing a client's estate plan is a very straightforward and relatively painless process, requiring only two appointments. We are very careful to ensure that property transfers and other transactions are properly consummated to truly complete your estate plan.
